Instructions for posters

You may find the time and date of the poster presentation for your paper in one of the poster sessions of the conference.

Each poster session is associated to an oral presentation session. This, plus the closest coffee break, is the period of time that you are required to stay close to your poster to explain it to people who may come and ask questions. However, you can put up your poster for the whole morning or afternoon in which your poster session is included.

As of now, I don't think there is going to be any association between posters and poster boards. However, please try to put your poster close to the room where the session on the same area is taking place (room names soon to be published on the website). The people attending that session will most probably be interested in your poster as well, so you want to make it easy for them to find you. If an association will be made, all poster authors will be notified.

Each poster should be vertical, of size up to A0.

Please use this template to prepare your IJCAI 2013 poster. Although the poster template is in Powerpoint, you are welcome to use Latex or any other editor to produce your poster. However, it should look the same as in the Powerpoint template. You can find a PDF Guideline and background template on the download section.
